Good news for former One Tree Hill actress Hilarie Burton.
The hottie has just been promoted to a series regular on USA’s White Collar.
Burton, who had made some guest appearances as an insurance investigator on the show, will now be featured regularly on Season 3.
And of course she couldn’t be happier as she had previously hinted [...]
